The Goddard Youth Foundation has provided the facilities and equipment of Goddard Youth Camp and/or Goddard
Children's Museum for use of qualified non-profit organized youth groups, and use of said facilities should serve to
promote the activities of such youth groups and to supplement their facilities.
Permittee understands and agrees to be responsible for the adequate supervision, orderliness and safety of all
individuals sent to the Goddard Youth Camp and/or Goddard Children's Museum on their behalf, including supervisory
personnel and one counselor for each 9 individuals in attendance.
Permittee agrees to abide by the rules and regulations governing the use of the Goddard Youth Camp and/or Goddard
Children's Museum.
Permittee will be responsible for the planning and control of all their activities, and accept liability for any property damage
or misconduct by a member or members of their group.
Permittee will make payment directly to the Goddard Youth Camp and/or Goddard Children's Museum for any charges;
individuals will make their payment to the "Permittee."
Permittee agrees to use premises for authorized recreational purposes and no concessions or profit making enterprises
involving the sale of goods, , food or merchandise to the general public shall be conducted thereon.
Permittee waives and releases all claims against the Goddard Youth Camp and/or Goddard Children's Museum,
Individual Trustees and Camp Director for damage to person or property arising from or in connection with use of
Goddard Youth Camp and/or Goddard Children's Museum or from exercise of privileges granted hereunder.
Goddard Youth Camp and/or Goddard Children's Museum reserves the right to terminate this agreement at any time at
the discretion of the Director and it shall terminate immediately upon the violation of any of the conditions therein
contained or those stated in the Rules and Regulations covering the use of Goddard Youth Camp and/or Goddard
Children's Museum.
This agreement to be signed by three person, being officials or holding positions of authority in that particular group or
organization, on which behalf this agreement is signed.
